Preachin's Blog
A little blog from an upstart theologian that will do its best to exemplify Christ while sharing a thing or two along the way.

I found out the other night that a friend at my seminary, SWBTS, is going to be doing his Master of Arts in Theology thesis on the contemporary Christian music community's portrayal of the relationship between God and man and man and God as this last year's Top 40 artists have suggested. This is going be an interesting thesis, worthy of a good read. Something tells me his findings aren't going to be too surprising, I have long suspected that many of the CCM artists among us who write these lovely songs haven't the least clue of what a proper relationship between God and man is to appear.

"Jesus Lover of My Soul" is supposedly his first target...definitely getting this one emailed to me when he's done.
